There's no way we can get t0ltelgt into LineageOS offical. But i'll release this.
SHV-E250L users please wait until LineageOS for i605 comes out, and then you can use this patch.

Installation
Read the FAQ to familiarize yourself with any issues that may come up
Make sure you're using the latest TWRP version (3.1.0)
Download the latest build for your variant (plus md5sum file if you want)
Copy it to the phone
Factory reset in TWRP (Very important! Do not skip)
Flash LineageOS 14.1
Flash Gapps
Optional: Flash root package
Reboot
Be patient. The first boot will take between 5 - 15 minutes.
Set up everything and reboot again to get radio working
See the FAQ to avoid common issues
For updates, it's OK to dirty flash. If you experience any issues however, it is recommended that you clean flash.

MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source
code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting
to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in
Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is

Installing Instructions


  • Root your device from my previous post click here
  • Then Install a custom recovery (recommended Philz touch or Twrp)


 1-  First download the required files

 ROM (latest build) from here

 Download 6.0 GApps from here

 KERNEL (korean variant) from here

 and placed in it in the root directory of your phone
2-   Go to recovery by pressing power "+ volume up + home button together
3-     Then press 'wipe' button(twrp recovery) for installing new ROM if you have Philz Touch recovery go to wipe data and factory reset and then on option 'clean to install new rom' option.
4-   Then click on install button and flash the ROM where you placed it.
5-    Now flash the GApps
6-    Then flash the kernel of your model if you have korean variant
7-    Last wipe cache and dalvik and press reboot button.

9-   Be patience for 10 minutes for first boot.

MIUI 8 For Note 2 N7105, N7100 & SHV-E250(L/S/K)

  

MIUI 8 ROM based on Cyanogenmod 13 and MIUI patch Marshmallow(6.0) for the first time and OTA weekly
No need of kernel and no need of any patch just 1 file to flash

  • First Root Your Note
  • Then Install a custom recovery (recommended Philz touch or Twrp)

  • After flashing the rom reboot it first properly and then flash the GApps
  • Rom will take time to flash (10-15 mins)
  • Download MIUI 8 ROM from here (LTE Devices)
  • Download MIUI 8 ROM for n7100
  • Download GApps from here  (6.0 pico)
  • Put the downloaded Rom into Root directory of your phone
  • Reboot to recovery and install the ROM
  • When you are installing, this Rom show you list of devices click on your device model and proceed
  • After completion wipe cache and dalvik.
  • Reboot your device and Enjoy.

    Bugs:
  • Proximity sensor doesn't work but you can tolerate this until next update, you can disable it by going to setting>system>apps>call setting>incoming call

 > First Root Your Device from here

>Install the custom recovery (TWRP, Philz Touch)

 >Now download the ROM (Eclipse V9) from here & alternate link

 >Signal patch for korean variant and N7105 (DN4-Note2LTE-v1.0b-OPEN) from here ,alternate link

>Kernel(widzard TouchWiz Kernel for Korean) & N7105(Agni Kernel)

 Must follow the following sequence for flashing

 1- Flash the ROM through recovery (Philz touch or TWRP)

 2- Then signal patch

 3- Now Kernel of your model

 4- And at the end flash this for signal to be shown
